ABOUT THE ENGINEERING RESEARCH DIVISION

The Engineering research division is classified into two units: – Research & Design Unit and computer aided design (CAD) Unit. The staff strength of Engineering research division is seventeen (17), with Seventeen (11) staff in Research & Design Unit and six (6) in the (CAD) Unit.

Research & Design Unit

The research and Design unit is responsible for research and develop new products and process, redesign existing products and testing on product concepts.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) Unit

The CAD unit work together with the research and design unit. They are responsible for development, modification, and optimization of the design and design process using related engineering software

Virtually, all the Research and Development facilities/infrastructures acquired by the institute are for engineering research.
